Honourable Jenna Sudds, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development Visit

In December, the Honourable Jenna Sudds, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development and Member of Parliament for Kanata—Carleton visited Perley Health. Minister Sudds was particularly interested in visiting the EarlyOn intergenerational playgroup that has operated onsite for the last year in partnership with Andrew Fleck Children's Services. Co-hosting the visit were Katrin Spencer, Perley Health's Director of Strategy, Partnerships and Growth, and Kim Hiscott, Executive Director of Andrew Fleck Children's Services. Also present were executives and board members of both organizations, as well as City of Ottawa officials. Perley Health and Andrew Fleck Children's Services are collaborating to build and operate an early-learning and childcare centre at Perley Health.
