Charitable Gift Annuities

A Reinsured Charitable Gift Annuity is an irrevocable gift of money or other assets to Perley Health Foundation.

How it Works

• A portion of the principal is used to purchase an annuity from an insurance company.
• The annuity pays the donor a guaranteed income for specified time or for the remainder of the donor's life.
• Upon death, the Foundation receives any remaining guaranteed income.

Donors shall receive recognition for the gift portion of the original capital contribution.
